Service Description

In this two hour vinyasa into yin practice we look back at the past year and all its teachings and experiences. The yin practice smoothly flows into a moment of meditation and reflection, where we will all write down the things we wish to release or leave behind in 2025, followed by a burning ritual. After the ceremony there is time for tea, sweets and talks. All levels are welcome.
