Passion 

trough my love for dancing, I developed a special interest in exercise and its beneficial effect on both body and mind. yoga crossed my path at the age of fourteen. I started with a weekly class together with my mother and immensely enjoyed the quality time yoga offered us. it wasn't until I went to university and started dealing with stress and anxiety attacks, resulting in physical complaints like thyroid dysfunction and several intolerances, I decided to dig deeper into the one thing that could restore my peace of mind: yoga.

Nature

to unwind, besides my yoga practice, I also choose to spend as much time as possible in nature. I love running through the fields or disappearing into a forest for a few hours together with my dog. from an early age, I felt a strong connection with the element water in all its different facets. the ocean, a lake, rivers and waterfalls, but also water in the form of ice and snow. water represents transformation and movement, fluidity and playfulness, but also sensuality and emotion. water can be fierce and powerful, but at the same time healing and soft. these aspects can all be applied to a yoga practice. Whether you need a solid full-body workout, or just want to turn inward to allow deeper transformations.
